Il mondo non ha tanto bisogno di nuove leggi e nuove disposizioni, ha
bisogno di uomini che ordinino nel proprio intimo la carità, l'amore.
Quest'ordine è giustizia.
E solo in quest'ordine le leggi avranno valore.
